I have worked in & owned small business since 1999. In 2010 my husband and I created our first business in Civil Construction which is still doing very well today.

At around the same time, I created my own business specialising in Mothers Health & Wellbeing which was very successful and was dissolved in 2017 for our new venture in 2018.

In 2018, along with 5 other partners, we purchased Management Rights in a Holiday Resort in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast QLD and took on the role of Resort Managers. This holiday resort consists of 231 apartments, 3 Body Corporates and up to 10 staff which we managed and oversaw all components of the business. As of late 2020 we decided to put new resort managers in place and took the plunge to move to Melbourne. We are still currently the managing directors of the resort, however, more oversee the business and not working in the business.

From my own experience in our businesses, I found one of the biggest time waster was keeping on top of the admin, accounts and marketing, trying to keep all of these tasks to a minimal. With years of research and development and loads of tweaking, I had finally come up with a solution where I was spending less than 3 hours per week on admin & accounts in our businesses.

Now I have the time to help other small micro local businesses develop, streamline and strategise their business tailoring solutions. Once you know how, the when takes care of it’s self. Look forward to speaking with you in the very near future.

My twin sister (Sue Bary) founded Absolute Business Support on 15 April 2022 and I am so proud of her for building an affordable, supportive and exceptional service for her clients.

Now, I am fortunately a part of her passionate innovation to provide further quality service to Absolute Business Support clients. I was thrilled when she asked me to assist and are looking forward to providing Absolute Business Support clients with the same service as Sue does.

With 30 years of extensive administration and financial skills within the public and private sectors and possession of a Certificate III in Business Administration, it is with great enthusiasm that I have the required skills to support all clients associated with Absolute Business Support.

Why should I choose you?

We recommend you do your research, check how much experience they have, what are their customer reviews like and do they feel like the right fit for your business.  We are not asking you to choose us, we want you to find the best fit for YOU!

How are you going to help me?

That one we leave up to you.  You get to choose how much or how little you would like us to assist within your business.  We are available from a 1 hour minimum per month up to 40hrs per week.

What Can I Expect In The Process?

From the moment we have our first contact, the process is very simple.  Once we have discussed the admin services you need from us and our agreement has been signed to cover both parties, we will commence work immediately until further notice from yourself.  No contract, just use our services as you need them.

Can I Contact You At Anytime?

Yes you can.  We are local to where your business is situated and even though our hours state Mon – Fri, we will still take calls, text messages or emails on the weekends, public holidays and the festive season.

I am feeling lost, I don't where to start?

This question is our speciality.  Our goal is to empower every business owner by alleviating the burden of the backend operations of the business so you don’t feel lost, we guide you with everything you need to run your business.

How do I communicate with you?

That is entirely up to you.  There are so many platforms out there now, we will communicate with you on your most suitable platform that suits you and your business.

How long does it take start using your services?

You are the business owner, it is entirely up to you.  As soon as our agreement is signed, we can start immediately.
