I have worked in & owned small business since 1999. In 2010 my husband and I created our first business in Civil Construction which is still doing very well today.
At around the same time, I created my own business specialising in Mothers Health & Wellbeing which was very successful and was dissolved in 2017 for our new venture in 2018.
In 2018, along with 5 other partners, we purchased Management Rights in a Holiday Resort in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast QLD and took on the role of Resort Managers. This holiday resort consists of 231 apartments, 3 Body Corporates and up to 10 staff which we managed and oversaw all components of the business. As of late 2020 we decided to put new resort managers in place and took the plunge to move to Melbourne. We are still currently the managing directors of the resort, however, more oversee the business and not working in the business.
From my own experience in our businesses, I found one of the biggest time waster was keeping on top of the admin, accounts and marketing, trying to keep all of these tasks to a minimal. With years of research and development and loads of tweaking, I had finally come up with a solution where I was spending less than 3 hours per week on admin & accounts in our businesses.

That one we leave up to you. You get to choose how much or how little you would like us to assist within your business. We are available from a 1 hour minimum per month up to 40hrs per week.
From the moment we have our first contact, the process is very simple. Once we have discussed the admin services you need from us and our agreement has been signed to cover both parties, we will commence work immediately until further notice from yourself. No contract, just use our services as you need them.
We all need a holiday thats for sure, however, that doesn’t mean we stop, just like your business never stops. We will still be available 24/7, but sometimes on a smaller capacity on public holidays or the festive season and our rates do not change during this period.
Yes you can. We are local to where your business is situated and even though our hours state Mon – Fri, we will still take calls, text messages or emails on the weekends, public holidays and the festive season.
